The old lamp code is a useful starting point, along with the supply voltage and mounting height. For a retrofit, the base size and available space help identify a lamp that fits. All Retrofit Lamps we sell are B-Type, Ballast Bypass Only; the existing ballast must be bypassed or removed according to the lamp's installation instructions.
