Return Policy

LEDnetwork.ca provides a 30-day return period on all regular priced merchandise.  Custom made and clearance items are not returnable.

To return or exchange a product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by LEDnetwork.ca.  To request an RMA contact us here or by calling 1-800-979-4223.  Please include your invoice number and the date of purchase with this request.  We will forward an RMA request form for you to complete and return.

Within the 30 day return period LEDnetwork.ca will issue and RMA number under the following circumstances:

  • The merchandise is unopened, has not been installed, and is in new condition.
  • The merchandise is free from scratches, dents, and/or any other defect(s)
  • The merchandise has not been modified from its original state or condition.  Modification includes shortening or cords.
  • The merchandise is in the original packaging and the original packaging has not been destroyed or broken
  • There is no writing on the packaging
  • RMAs will also be issued for defective merchandise exchange

Upon authorization of an RMA number you will be provided with packing directions and the shipping address to the appropriate RMA warehouse location.  You (the purchaser) are responsible for all shipping charges.  We recommend that you use a trackable service and that you insure the shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Please include a copy of the RMA authorization form inside the box for the item you are returning.

All exchanges and returns must be approved by LEDnetwork.ca prior to goods being returned.  Upon our receipt of an authorized return item(s) you will be notified.  Within five business days of receiving the item(s) they will be inspected and a refund/exchange decision will be made.

After a refund has been approved, the amount equaling the product(s) returned, less the original order shipping cost, will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account.  If a refund has been rejected we will inform you via email.

In the case of an exchange being approved, the exchange item will be sent within our normal order processing timeline, unless it is out of stock.

All Custom Made Products and Clearance Items are final sale and may not be returned for refund or exchange.
