30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
All regular price LED Fixtures and LED Lamps are covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Custom Made Items, Sale Items, Clearance Items, Controls, and Poles are not covered under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
You may return any unopened or uninstalled lighting product within 30 Days of their arrival. All returns must be authorized through an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Just reach out to us through our Contact Page and provide us your name and email address. We’ll send you an RMA form to fill out and send back to us. Once we receive it, we’ll review and provide you with the warehouse address for you to ship the items back to.
Shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer returning the product.
Once we receive the products, we’ll inspect them and then authorize a refund or exchange for another product.
To qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. Refunds will not be issued for any Fixtures or Lamps which have been opened, installed, modified or damaged through misuse, neglect, or accident.
Returns are only accepted for refund or exchange with an authorized RMA. Goods returned without an RMA will not be accepted under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Shipping costs are not covered under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the product. Returned products are subject to a restocking charge at our discretion.
