24ft 4" Square Steel Light Pole, Straight Arm | LED Network
Engineered specifically for expansive commercial parking lots, logistics distribution yards, auto dealerships, and institutional campus roadways, the WS-SSS-4424-AB-DR delivers high-elevation illumination across wide expanses. Standing at a nominal height of 24 feet, this pole maximizes light distribution and footcandle uniformity while minimizing pole density across extensive vehicular surfaces.
Fabricated in Canada from commercial-quality, weldable grade cold-rolled square steel tubing, this 235 lb structural assembly is engineered to endure harsh northern winters, severe wind shear, and freeze-thaw cycles. To support higher structural demands at 24 feet, this model steps up to heavy-duty 7/8" x 30" galvanized anchor bolts with a dedicated 24 lb hardware set. The pole shaft comes precision side-drilled for clean, direct-mount horizontal straight arms—eliminating bulky external adapters to provide a streamlined, architectural profile with area luminaires. Available drill options include Single Arm, 90° Twin, 180° Twin, Triple, and Quad configurations, or plain/no drill.
Every pole is custom-fabricated and finished to client requirements in a multi-stage high-durability powder coat—available in Black, White, or Dark Bronze—formulated to resist UV fading, chipping, and de-icing salt corrosion. Backed by full CSA certification, this complete structural package includes a reinforced 3" x 6" handhole, a form-fitting 2-piece base cover, and four galvanized L-bend anchor bolts.
Please note: Poles are fabricated and powder-coated to order and carry a lead time from order to shipping. Lead times vary based on the quantity of poles in the production schedule at the time of order.

- Two-Piece Protective Base Cover: Includes a durable, matching 2-piece steel base cover designed to wrap around the base plate, concealing hardware and protecting bolts from corrosion.
- Reinforced Handhole: Integrated 3" x 6" reinforced handhole positioned 18" above the base plate, complete with gasketed aluminum cover, backing bar, and stainless steel hardware for clean wiring splices.
- Custom Powder-Coated Finish: Powder-coated to project specifications in high-durability Black, White, or Dark Bronze; hot-dip galvanized and custom RAL colours available upon request.

Shipping Policy
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
We offer free regular shipping on most orders of $200 and above (before applicable taxes, fees and promotional discounts). Some restrictions may apply.
Televisions, projector screens, seating and furniture are only available for in store pickup or local delivery only. Click to see delivery radius here.
Clearance items and trade-in/consignment items do not qualify for free shipping.
All new products are shipped in their original manufacturer's cartons with appropriate packaging (unless otherwise specified) and are able to be shipped anywhere without concern for damage of the product due to shipping.
All shipments are insured for the value of the transaction from shipping damages.
If the shipment arrives substantially damaged, the shipment should be photographed, refused, and you should contact the store at 905-898-7133 immediately.
Any shortage or internal damage must be reported within 48 hours via email to info@liptons.ca. If internal product damage is found, we will contact you with return and replacement instructions and options.
Processing/Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 1pm EST are processed the next business day.
- Standard Delivery for in stock items is between 2-3 business days in Ontario & Quebec, 3-5 business days for Eastern Canada and 4-7 business days for Western Canada. Northern or remote Canadian customers should contact us to confirm shipping availability and costs. During peak sales periods (for example Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day/Week) up to an additional 5 (five) business days may be needed.
- Items not in stock will be shipped to our Newmarket store and then shipped to you. Turnaround time may depend on the manufacturer/distributor. If a manufacturer or distributor has stock of the item, then we can normally expect to receive the product within 10 business days at which point we will immediately ship it to you.
- If we become aware that delivery time to you will exceed 16 business days we will contact you to confirm the order or review options.
Restrictions
The following are our shipping restrictions:
- Shipping available within Canada only
- Free shipping does not apply to express shipping.
- Certain oversize, heavyweight or high-ticket items and brands may not be available for shipping.
- Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery or other higher cost courier. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If you don’t respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.
- We do not deliver products to a PO Box address. A street address is required, and products will be delivered with the appropriate courier to handle the item(s) that have been ordered.
Please note that Liptons Audio Video will not be liable for any delay that is due to factors beyond their control including, and not limited to, weather-related events, other uncontrollable shipping delays and breakdowns by the courier services that are beyond our control.
RETURNS POLICY
LEDnetwork.ca provides a 30-day return period on all regular priced merchandise. Custom made and clearance items are not returnable.
To return or exchange a product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by LEDnetwork.ca. To request an RMA contact us here or by calling 1-800-979-4223. Please include your invoice number and the date of purchase with this request. We will forward an RMA request form for you to complete and return.
Within the 30 day return period LEDnetwork.ca will issue and RMA number under the following circumstances:
- The merchandise is unopened, has not been installed, and is in new condition.
- The merchandise is free from scratches, dents, and/or any other defect(s)
- The merchandise has not been modified from its original state or condition. Modification includes shortening or cords.
- The merchandise is in the original packaging and the original packaging has not been destroyed or broken
- There is no writing on the packaging
- RMAs will also be issued for defective merchandise exchange
Upon authorization of an RMA number, you will be provided with packing directions and the shipping address to the appropriate RMA warehouse location. You (the purchaser) are responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable service and that you insure the shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of the RMA authorization form inside the box for the item you are returning.
All exchanges and returns must be approved by LEDnetwork.ca prior to goods being returned. Upon our receipt of an authorized return item(s) you will be notified. Within five business days of receiving the item(s) they will be inspected and a refund/exchange decision will be made.
After a refund has been approved, the amount equaling the product(s) returned, less the original order shipping cost borne by LED Network on your original order, and a 20% restocking charge, will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account. If a refund has been rejected, we will inform you via email.
In the case of an exchange being approved, the exchange item will be sent within our normal order processing timeline, unless it is out of stock.
All sales of Custom Made Products, Clearance Items, Controls, and Poles are final and may not be returned for refund or exchange.
